It turns out that bakers and other specialty food artisans were not revolutionized by the food delivery revolution in the last ten years; it really went right by them. The skilled food artisans were in need of a considerate and reasonably priced scheduled delivery service with experienced drivers who could bring delicate food items to food enthusiasts promptly and safely while they were still fresh, but no service was providing what they needed. We had our aha moment at that point.

At that point, we decided to dive in headfirst and concentrate on developing our B2B and B2C specialty food delivery businesses for Edmonton and the entire province of Alberta.
